If you have any Fairtrade news concerning schools, such as achieving Fairtrade School status, a Fairtrade event your school was involved in, a new Fairtrade product that schools could use, send the news items in to schools@sftf.org.uk and we'll feature them here.

Also, please let us know of any future events your school is organising or involved in and any Fairtrade event that would be of interest to schools, and we'll advertise it here.

SFTF Fairtrade Cotton School Uniform and Sportwear Campaign

The SFTF has launched an exciting campaign to encourage pupils, teachers and parents to buy Fairtrade school uniforms and sportswear. The campaign is happening in schools in East Dunbartonshire at the moment and will be rolled out across Scotland in 2011. SFTF Schools Mailgroup

We have set up a mailgroup so that those on the Fairtrade Schools scheme in Scotland can contact each other with any Fairtrade information or questions. If you'd like to join the mailgroup contact us at the email above. Any schools on the Fairtrade Schools scheme outwith Scotland are more than welcome to join the mailgroup too.
